TELECOM DATABASE
The Telecom Management Database is a powerful, yet simple tool that assists in automating and tracking service inventories, invoices, contracts and costs. The database provides a vehicle to consolidate and organize telecom information in a single format and provides easy access to valuable telecom information. The reporting capabilities are extremely useful in helping to identify inefficiencies, variances and potential billing errors.
The database has been organized to provide optimum functionality and has been divided into key areas including:

• Moves, Adds & Changes Management
• Contract Management
The Database can be purchased as a stand-alone application that you populate with your company's data. It is provided on a CD and requires Microsoft Access™ 2000 or higher to run the application.

If you don't have time to populate your information into a database, then you should consider our inventory service. An accurate Telecom Service Inventory will provide increased awareness of your telecom environment and pinpoint exactly what services you have, where these services are located, who is providing them, and what you are paying for each component.
